Most companies that produce thermoplastic materials color the raw granulate by pouring color. In contrast, ThermoSens integrates the corresponding color into each granule in the mixing process. This ensures an even distribution of colors. This method also eliminates the possibility of accidental color spots and other unnatural staining in the patient’s mouth.

No monomers are added to the material at any stage of the ThermoSens prosthesis fabrication (unless the transparent skeleton is partially acrylic-based). This is a promising alternative for patients sensitive to chemicals or acrylic plastic. Therefore, you can offer a solution to patients prone to allergies.

Unlike acrylic dentures, where the shrinkage is about 8%, with ThermoSens this percentage is <1%, which ensures that the denture will fit perfectly in the patient’s mouth.

It is practically impossible for consumed liquids to penetrate ThermoSens, thanks to the high density of the thermoplastic material.
